1. DISCOVERY: the who, the what, the when, the where for your conference
2. PLANNING: liaising with our conference planning specialist any specification needs or requests for your conference will be teased out and the tech stack decided on.
3. DELIVERY & EXECUTION: our team will then ensure the technology is setup and tested hours before the event starts allowing speakers at the conference to familiarise themselves with the equipment long before the conference begins.
4. OPERATION: Our team of conference planners, sound engineers, video technicians, lighting techs and riggers will ensure every minute of your event runs flawlessly.
5. DE-RIG: Once your conference has ended, we will then fully dismantle and remove all the gear and leave the venue as we found it.
